Unix / UPPMAX & Next generation sequencing / genome analysis

The course is divided into two parts, where Part I (Unix / UPPMAX) is optional. Note that you are required to have the equivalent knowledge and experience corresponding to Part I of the course in order to be accepted to Part II (Next generation sequencing / genome analysis). If you don’t have the equivalent knowledge and experience, we strongly recommend you to attend Part I before starting Part II. Please consider the “test” in the application form if you are uncertain about what skills that are needed.

Proteomics workshop for SciLifeLab bioinformatics community

The aim of this workshop is to present proteomic data to the bioinformatic community at SciLifeLab and thereby enhance networking and collaboration between the bioinformatics and proteomic platforms. The workshop is focused mainly on presenting different proteomic platforms at SciLifeLab in Stockholm and Uppsala as well as describing background and data types in proteomics. The workshop will end with an open discussion about how we can support cross-platform projects. This will hopefully provide a good starting point for synergies between genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics at SciLifeLab.
