Seminar: how to use siRNA and CRISPER-CAS9 in your research

Application of gene modulation technologies (e.g RNAi) in research laboratory
have accelerated studies in numerous areas including functional genomics,
gene mapping, pathway analysis, and drug target identification. RNAi screens
are routinely used in high-throughput formats to elucidate the roles of specific
genes in cellular processes. However, there area considerable number of
factors that can contribute to the success or failure of a screen that must be
accounted for in order to determine correct gene function.
