Metagenome data analysis workshop

With technological advances we face an increasing number of projects dealing with the size and complexity of metagenomics datasets. Therefore SciLifelab and AllBio are arranging a workshop on the analysis and interpretation of metagenomics data.

In this workshop we will combine talks by experts in the field with practical tutorials guiding the participants in the analysis of representative datasets.

Registration to this workshop is free of charge, but the number of participants is limited to 60.  If the event is oversubscribed, students that work with projects related to the scope of the ALLBIO project will be given priority.
