SciLifeLab symposium in superresolution imaging analysis

The Bioimaging platform at Science for Life laboratory cordially welcome you to an open symposium covering advanced applications of imaging analysis.

Lecture: “Image Restoration”

9:15–10:20 Wednesday 4thJune,

Location: Inghesalen, floor2 Tomtebodav 18A, Solna

If you are interested in producing high-quality microscopical images then this presentation may be of interest to you. Issues that will be addressed are acquisition pitfalls, spherical aberration, photon noise,Point Spread Function, Nyquist rate, super-resolution microscopy, and deconvolution.

Workshop: “Huygens Deconvolution”

10:30 -16:00 Wednesday 4thJune,

Location: Inghesalen, floor2 Tomtebodav 18A, Solna

During this workshop the Huygens deconvolution software from Scientific Volume Imaging (SVI) will be demonstrated. You can already explore how image deconvolution can improve your 2D/3D image stacks by downloading the Huygens software from the SVI website and using a demo license, www.svi.nl.

Please bring your own laptop to this workshop to explore advance imaging analysis

Registration: hblom@kth.se, 08-52481214

Organized by the Advanced Light Microscopy facility as part of the Super-Resolutionfluorescence microscopy course.
