High-throughput and high-content serology

The research area aims at building capabilities for high-throughput serology diagnostics and national testing, as well as contributing to POC testing setup. Furthermore, understanding the nature of immune response, exploring infection epidemiology and neutralizing antibody development are crucial for this area.

This area consists of 14 individual projects, all together funded by a total of 11,9 MSEK. Led by researchers at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Uppsala University, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm University, Umeå University, University of Gothenburg and Lund University.

Coordinator: Maria Pernemalm, Karolinska Institutet

Scientific lead: Janne Lehtiö, Karolinska Institutet
