SUMMARY:AESPIRE & Clinical Genomics Epigenetics
DESCRIPTION:Epigenetics & AI Meeting \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister here\n\n\n\nOn March 26-27th there will be a meeting in Linköping cohosted between SciLifeLab Clinical Genomics and the AESPIRE excellence cluster group and we have an exciting line-up of speakers. \nThe theme for the meeting is epigenetics and AI and we will be especially looking at practical applications in the areas of forensic science\, rare disease and cancer. The meeting will consist of a number of sessions with leading experts in the area\, with the opportunity to network and discuss current plans for implementation of novel techniques as well as possible future directions. There will also be presentations from the PROMISE (Tuuli Lappalainen) and AIDx (René  Kaden) excellence clusters at the meeting. \n\nThere will also be updates on long-read sequencing applications\, industry presentations and chances to interact with a range of attendees working in this interdisciplinary area.
