This year\, we are shining a spotlight on our theme: Technology Development and Light\, illuminating the incredible work being done across our platforms. \n\n\n\nJoin us on June 16–17 at the Clarion Hotel Sign in Stockholm for a program designed to spark new ideas and brighten your professional network. We have a fantastic lineup featuring visionary plenary sessions on the future of life science\, interactive workshops\, and—for the first time ever—a SciArt Exhibition that explores the beautiful intersection of technology and light. \n\n\n\nWe’ll wrap up our first day with a grand “Banquet Full of Light\,” where you are invited to dress to shine in your most sparkling attire. \n\n\n\nWe are so glad you are joining us to share experiences and help light the way forward for SciLifeLab. Dress to shine in your most sparkling dress\, hat\, or suit—and expect an evening that includes a delightful creative challenge. \n\n\n\nThe SciArt Exhibition \n\n\n\nFor the first time\, the 2026 Facility Forum will host a SciArt Exhibition featuring artworks created by SciLifeLab staff. The exhibition invites contributions that explore the connections between technology development and light\, in dialogue with research\, discovery\, and artistic expression.  \n\n\n\nFind Your Way \n\n\n\nClarion Hotel Sign is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station. \n\n\n\nCloakroom & Registration \n\n\n\nLeave your luggage in the cloakroom\, staffed from 09 to 17 on Tuesday and from 08 to 16 on Wednesday. We cannot accept luggage other than small handbags and regular (e.g.\, laptop) backpacks in the Big Hall. \n\n\n\nRegistration opens at 09:00 at the Clarion Sign; the registration area is next to the Conference entrance. Register by showing the QR code that will be emailed to you shortly before the Conference. The name tags are sorted by First name. \n\n\n\nHotel check-in/out \n\n\n\nCheck-in: The room will be available from 16:00. Rooms at Clarion Sign are available outside the lecture all after the end of the day’s sessions. \n\n\n\nCheck-out: Leave the key card by the Hotel reception desk after breakfast. Put your luggage in the cloakroom. To facilitate check-out\, you cannot put anything on the room bill\, such as snacks and drinks or a bar tab. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nfacilityforum@scilifelab.se
