WORKSHOP Get more relevant results with a truly orthogonal approach – interrogate the cells from different angles to get more and true answers In this workshop we demonstrate the capabilities of the EnSight™ Multimode Plate Reader by showing how to combine imaging with classical endpoint measurements. The well-imaging module provides image-based cytometry capabilities and includes brightfield, digital phase and up to 4 color fluorescent imaging. This enables the determination of inter-well and intra-well cell distribution, investigation of changes in cell morphology, and detection of fluorescent dyes, reporter genes or cell markers. This uncomplicated and seamless system allows the generation of more reliable cell-based assay data for many types of applications. The orthogonal approach will in short time generate a respectable amount of data, which can easily be visualized and correlated by the SpotFire software. You will learn about the following technologies: brightfield, digital phase imaging (DPI), two colors fluorescence imaging, AlphaLISA detection of biomarkers, viability (ATP) and SpotFire analysis |
To register or if you have questions, please email Jannicke.kolmskog@perkinelmer.com at the latest on the 25th of May. Also inform if you wish to attend the workshop and which time slot (max 6 people/group). The numbers of seats are limited for the seminar. For the coffeebreak, let us know if you have any allergies.
