Sanja did her PhD at the Science for Life Laboratory and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. She is a Co-Developer of Spatial Transcriptomics and MASC-seq Single cell and spatially resolved RNA-seq expert.
At present she is a Visiting Scientist at New York Genome Center working on spatially resolved transcriptomics for large scale neurodegeneration profiling and a lead in technology design. She is also Wallenberg Fellow at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Cambridge, and working on high-resolution spatial methods, from molecules to code.
Sanja will be as SciLifeLab Uppsala in the morning (9-12) of October 2, and available for individual discussions. Please contact me and I will arrange a time for you to meet.
Don´t miss this opportunity to get an overview of the very front-line of technologies for spatial analyses!
