SUMMARY:Is high-throughput electrophysiology possible?
DESCRIPTION:Presenters\n\n\n\n\nFredrik Elinder\, Professor\, Site director SciLifeLab Linköping\, Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden (CBCS)\, and Department of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences (BKV)\, Linköping University \n\n\n\n\n\nNina Ottosson\, Research Coordinator\, Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden (CBCS)\, and Department of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences (BKV)\, Linköping University \n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note new date\, 10 September (previously 9 September). The electrophysiology platform at Linköping University\, part of Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden (CBCS) at SciLifeLab\, visits site Umeå\, and presents their platform during a seminar. During the visit\, 1:1 visits with the presenters will be possible. The electrophysiology platform is equipped with automated patch-clamp instrumentation\, and supports a wide range of electrophysiological studies involving both voltage-gated and ligand-gated ion channels\, including pharmacological screening\, cardiac safety assessments\, and biophysical investigations. In November 2025\, we will offer a PhD course\, which is now open for registration: Physiology of Ion Channels and their role in disease – Linköping University \n\n\n\nWebpage of the CBCS Linköping node.  \n\n\n\n\nRegistration – CANCELLED\n\n\n\nSign up for the IRL seminar and reserve your free lunch (salad\, drink\, and a little sweet snack) by Friday\, 5 September\, 13:30\, \n\n\n\nIn the registration form\, you can also express your interest in meeting the presenters before or after the seminar (note\, that this option is not available for online participants).  \n\n\n\nIn the registration form\, you can also express your interest in meeting the presenters before or after the seminar (note\, that this option is not available for online participants).
