SciLifeLab opens its doors to the future generation of scientists
As part of the yearly event Researchers’ Night (ForskarFredag), SciLifeLab in Stockholm welcomed around 280 high school students on September 28. Scientists from our research community gave presentations on their fields of work, such as small molecules, supercomputers, and personalized medicine. To top it all off, the students were invited for a tour of a few research laboratories. Not only did they get to see some of the instrumentation mentioned in the presentations first-hand, but they also got to experience the environment in which life science researchers work every day.
