SUMMARY:Legal aspects of SARS-CoV-2 genome data processing and sharing across Europe 
DESCRIPTION:Location: Online via Zoom\n\n\n\n\n\nThis online workshop will showcase how to address the legal aspects of mobilising SARS-CoV-2 genome data across Europe and is specifically designed to cater to organisations acting as regional or national coordinators tasked with brokering data across healthcare systems\, research infrastructures and publicly accessible data sharing platforms. It is organised by ELIXIR CONVERGE WP9 in collaboration with SciLifeLab and includes speakers on GDPR and local legislation as well as presentations of solutions adopted and developed by project members. \n\n\n\nParticipants should be aware that the workshop will not provide legal advice. The workshop will provide participants with examples of legal contexts for data processing and contracts between organisations within a selection of national legal frameworks.
