For applicants
First call for postdocs
The first all for 24 postdocs will open up January 7, 2025, with each fellowship lasting 36 months. The deadline of the call is March 31, 2025.
The candidate will apply with an individually-designed project, with support from a PULSE PI host.
There is a matchmaking portfolio available, to help applicants find suitable SciLifeLab Group Leaders / hosting PI’s for their projects.
For principal investigators (postdoc hosts)
This section contains useful information for PULSE postdoc hosts (SciLifeLab Group Leaders), and will be continuously updated.
Communication
- Remember to share information about SciLifeLab PULSE in your networks & upcoming conferences (see PPT slide and flyer under ‘Communication & support material’ below)
- All communication material / publications of project data must include acknowledgement of EU funding and disclaimer (see template under ‘Communication & support material’ below)
Matchmaking portfolio
- Portfolio listing the SciLifeLab Group Leaders who have registered interest to be a PULSE postdoc host.
Important links
- Registration for interest to be a PULSE PI to help postdoc candidates in finding a host via matchmaking (opened up for registrations by new SciLifeLab Group Leaders in February 2025)
Supervision
- The mandatory MSCA supervision guidelines should be followed thoroughly
- Supervision with postdoc should be scheduled for minimum 2 hours per week
- The Supervision panel will meet 2 times per year (consisting of main supervisor and two co-supervisors, of which one acts as mentor)
