Introduction to Berzelius – Part 2: Essential Commands

This training provides a practical introduction to essential commands on the Berzelius. The session will cover:
- Logging in to Berzelius with VS Code
- Transferring data from/to Berzelius
- Setting up software environments
- Running and monitoring jobs
Participants will complete hands-on tasks during the session. If you do not yet have a project on Berzelius, please read the guidance on how to obtain temporary access.
This event is a collaboration between National Supercomputer Centre (NSC) at Linköping University and SciLifeLab Data Centre.
