Recruited postdocs
Distributed over two calls, the program will recruit 48 future leaders in life sciences. The first cohort started in October 2025 and gathers outstanding postdoctoral scholars from across the world.
The PULSE program works a lot with diversity, equity and inclusion and has made a conscious effort to reach potential applicants across the globe and from groups less represented in academia, e.g. women. The first call had applicants from over 27 nationalities, of which 67% were female applicants.
