Clinical Genomics Lund (Center for Translational Genomics) provides researchers and clinicians with access to advanced next-generation sequencing technologies and expertise. The unit offers a broad portfolio of NGS-based services — from single-cell and spatial analyses to established sequencing workflows — supporting innovative discoveries in molecular life sciences. Beyond facilitating translational research, the unit actively bridges the gap between research-grade genomic testing and routine clinical diagnostics, contributing to a growing national consensus around precision medicine in Swedish healthcare.
