SciLifeLab Fellow Mikael Sellin, Uppsala University, is one of twelve young researchers who receives the Ingvar Carlsson Award 2017. The grant is awarded by The Foundation for Strategic Research, SSF, and gives each researcher 4 million SEK and a personal grant of 60 000 SEK as well as participation in a leadership program. Mikael Sellin gets the award for his project “Bottom-up reconstruction of the infected gut mucosa ex vivo”.
