Pilot units approved
The Steering group of SciLifeLab in Stockholm has decided to approve 8 projects at Karolinska Institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University to become pilot units at SciLifeLab.
In July 2015 The Steering group of SciLifeLab in Stockholm opened a call for proposals for development projects. A total of 30 applications were sent in and the steering group has now, after external evaluation, decided to approve 8 of these to become pilot units. The pilot units will get SFO-funding for 2 years to develop and improve their activities. They will then be evaluated and possibly become candidate units in the next evaluation of the SciLifeLab infrastructure. The Steering group of SciLifeLab in Uppsala are currently evaluating applications for pilot units at the Uppsala node.
