NBIS is a distributed national bioinformatics infrastructure, supporting life sciences in Sweden by providing services in:
- NBIS provides custom-tailored support beyond the predefined analyses typically offered by the data-generating platforms at SciLifeLab.
- Support services range from drop-ins and short consultations to project support and long-term embedded bioinformaticians.
- Providing infrastructure in the form of services, computational resources, data management, tools and guidelines to the life science community.
- Training events in advanced and applied bioinformatics.
