Research Interest
Clinical and translational proteomics is a central focus of my work, particularly the development of mass spectrometry-based approaches to address clinically relevant biological questions. I am interested in how advances in proteomics can enable deeper and more scalable characterization of clinical samples, from large patient cohorts to rare and limited sample material.
My work also focuses on proteomics technology and research infrastructure development, including high-throughput and deep proteomics, plasma and single-cell proteomics, automation, standardization and harmonization, and translating emerging technologies into robust and accessible workflows for basic, translational and clinical research.
