My main research line is within the improvement of methods for (prote)omics data processing and analysis, closely connected to applications in different areas of life science, currently mainly biomarkers for cancer precision medicine. This research has also proven synergistic with parallel infrastructure work, and computational tools developed as research activities have found use in infrastructure work, and the infrastructure work has helped to identify needs in the community.
