Our research is focused on: 1. Identifying genetic markers for chemotherapy induced adverse drug reactions 2. the toxicity of new psychoactive substances & how to use post-mortem metabolomics. We develop prediction models using massive parallel sequencing, single cell RNASeq & high resolution chromatin conformation capture and bioinformatics with large clinical cohorts. In forensics, we develop new techniques using the CBRS platform for neuropharmacology as well as post-mortem metabolomics.
