I work with translational medicine using tumor evolutionary principles, with a current focus on pediatric cancers. I am particularly interested in finding ways to target tumor metastases, needed to achieve cure in most cases. For this we use three orthogonal approaches:

1. Develop new methods to efficiently combine drugs specifically designed to overcoming tumor heterogeneity.

2. Develop new drugs, including radiopharmaceuticals.

3. Develop new cell culture and animal models.
