Together with Henrik Lantz, I co-lead the Evolution and Biodiversity team within the SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Platform (NBIS). We provide support to Swedish researchers in areas such as genome assembly, genome annotation, population genomics, ancient DNA, comparative genomics, pipeline development, and more.
In addition, we actively participate in both national and international projects related to genome assembly and annotation, including initiatives like the European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) and BGE+ (Biodiversity Genomics Europe Plus).
