My research group focuses on mapping fundamental mechanisms of the adaptive immune system, and to futher our understanding of how this leads to protection against disease after vaccination. We investigate cellular and molecular mechanims for induction of antiviral antibodies and establishment of long term memor, and combine this with large scale studies to elucidate connections to protective immunity.
