My specific research field is translational cancer research. I head multi omic analyses connected to large international clinical trials with the purpose to identify companion diagnostic strategies, improve prognostication and define novel therapeutic targets. A main scientific aim is to improve the understanding of the tumor immune microenvironment in sub-types of lymphomas to allow patient stratification to different immunotherapeutic strategies.
