Focusing on dynamic structural biology, my group has leading expertise in deciphering protein structural changes (Nature 2014; Nat. Chemistry 2024; Elife 2020). We employ innovative time-resolved X-ray solution scattering (Nat. Meth 2010; Nat Meth 2024), crystallography (Nature 2021), and multidimensional optical spectroscopies (JACS 2016, JACS 2018); often with a strong computational component (JCTC 2014). We develop software and hardware for the cryo EM user community at SciLifeLab.
