Our team specializes in functional precision medicine (fPM) and systems cancer biology, integrating high-throughput functional data of primary patient cells with multi-omics data to uncover cellular behavior, heterogeneity, and interactions. We aim to deepen understanding of disease mechanisms, predict therapeutic responses, and create benchmark functional and molecular data resources alongside concepts and tools that transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
