Clinical Genomics Gothenburg is hosting this webinar as part of the Clinical Genomics Platform webinar series
The webinar will cover whole genome and whole transcriptome sequencing (WGS and WTS) analysis of childhood tumors in a clinical setting. Moreover, the seminar will cover specific research interest regarding fusion genes in childhood brain tumors and preliminary data from an ongoing study comparing long-read (ONT sequencing) to short-read WGS sequencing will be presented.
