Microbiome data science for population-scale studies
Human microbiome is a major contributor to health and disease, driven by environment and lifestyle. We will discuss recent advances in population cohort studies linking gut microbiome, socio-demographic variation, and health, and the critical role of open data science frameworks in facilitating such research.
