NASSA Kick-Off Meeting

The NASSA Kick-Off Meeting will formally launch the Nordic Alliance for Single-Cell and Spatial Analysis (NASSA), a network funded by NordForsk connecting infrastructure experts from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

Event highlights include:

• Allow partners & participants to meet and get to know each other, align visions, share bottlenecks, and define collaborative priorities.
• Define plans for future hub activities, including working groups, benchmarking exercises, technology scouting, and joint training initiatives.
• Mapping Nordic infrastructure and initiating structured strategies. The NASSA Kick-Off establishes a foundation for a sustainable, collaborative hub, positioning SciLifeLab as a central coordinator in this rapidly evolving technical landscape. 

The NASSA Kick-Off Meeting is open for everyone. The following day, June 4th, there will be a semi-open NASSA workshop (separate program & venue).

Please indicate in the registration form whether you will attend only the main event (3 June) or both the main event and the NASSA workshop (3+4 June)

Registration deadline: May 6, 2026

This event is free of charge, but please note that a fee of 600 SEK will be charged in case of no-shows without prior notice.

• Submit an Abstract for a poster presentation. Deadline: April 15
• Apply for a Travel grant (500 EUR) for those who have submitted an abstract. Deadline: April 15
