How it works, step by step

1. Check that your project fit one or more need

  1. I want to get advice on the plan and study design for a new research project
  2. I want to explore the possibilities of combining existing data from different modalities or type of experiments
  3. I want to find and connect with the right service unit for my project.

2. Describe your project

Fill in a short form, approximately one page.

Be sure to capture the ultimate goal for your project!

3. Review & response

Our experienced team will review your request within seven business days.

Here’s an idea of what to expect once you send your request:

A. A meeting will be scheduled for you to discuss your specific use case with a selected panel of staff researchers and a data steward.

B. We’ve sent your request to a research infrastructure unit to handle it further.

C. Your project needs more discussion to decide how we can help you the best.

4. Schedule a meeting

Our aim will be to schedule a meeting where you will meet with your selected panel of staff researchers and data stewards within two weeks, depending on availability and holidays.

5. Consultation meeting

You meet with the selected panel of staff researchers and data stewards for your use case.

6. Starting a project

Please note that how long it takes to start a project after the consultation can vary. For example, the project’s size and complexity, the number of units involved, and other factors.

Make your request
