Mass-cytometry unit availble for researchers all over Sweden

SciLifeLab’s unit for mass-cytometry (CyTOF) is now part of the national infrastructure and thus available for applications by the entire Swedish research community.

The unit belongs to the Affinity Proteomics platform and consists of two units, localized in Stockholm and in Linköping. Mass-cytometry provides state-of-the art single cell proteomics, including extensive data analysis as a support for this novel and complicated technology. The two nodes perform standardized mass-cytometry experiments on customer provided samples using validated panels of metal-coupled antibodies. The unit also focuses on developing the mass-cytometry technology, new experimental assays and reagents as well as novel data analysis tools.

All applications should be submitted through the project portal at cytof.scilifelab.se where all information about prices for the different panels and the different services can also be retrieved.
