Me and my group are determined to understand how cell communication drives idiosyncratic gene expression during development, homeostasis and disease, with focus on the Wnt Signaling pathway. Yet, our research has a broad reach: we develop and apply new technologies to discover the mechanism of action of transcriptional regulators, the main players of gene expression. Our protocols and methods are now widely used by scientists in the fields of development and genomics.
