My work focuses on spatial transcriptomics through imaging-based in situ sequencing, with an emphasis on the Xenium platform. I apply this technology across diverse fields, including cancer research, neurobiology, developmental biology, and tissue atlasing. Driven by a strong interest and passion for integrated omics, my goal is to analyze multiple modalities within the same tissue sections, unlocking their full potential to enable transformative advancements in diagnostic applications.
