Research Interests

The Brodin lab develops experimental and computational methods to describe human immune system composition and function to understand immune system variation and development, as well as immune system dysregulation in children with inflammatory diseases. The lab applies state-of-the art single-cell and multiomics analyses to investigate and describe immune system regulation and dysregulation for precision medicine applications.

Petter Brodin is also a consultant pediatrician at department of Pediatric Rheumatology, Astrid Lindgren’s Children’s hospital, Karolinska University Hospital.

Petter Brodin is also Platform Scientific Director of Cellular Immunomonitoring.
