Clinical Genomics
Develops and provides clinical genetic tests using state-of-the-art genomic methods, such as next-generation sequencing, for translational research and healthcare.
National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS)
Provides custom-tailored support with analysis of e.g. DNA sequencing data and computational resources for handling sensitive data.
National Genomics Infrastructure (NGI)
Provides modern technology and instrumentation for next generation sequencing for translational research and healthcare.
Spatial Proteomics
Our unit is providing service and collaboration projects using multiplexed imaging of proteins, mainly using immunofluorescence based methods. We have different instrument platforms that are suitable for discovery, translational and also more diagnostic research projects.
