PacBio Revio Launch Event
May 29, 2023 @ 09:00 – 12:00 CEST
The National Genomics Infrastructure (NGI) are happy to announce the acquisition of the latest PacBio sequencing system – the Revio. One Revio SMRT sequencing cell can produce approx. 90Gbp of data corresponding to 30x of a human genome in 24hrs. The instrument generates highly accurate HiFi reads plus methylation calling for half the cost compared to previous systems.
For those of you that have the possibility, NGI invites you to a half-day seminar on May 29th to learn more about the new Revio system! The event is scheduled between 9-12 in Navet, BMC, Uppsala, and lunch will be served to registered participants.
During the seminar, there will also be an NGI-sponsored lottery with the possibility to win free Revio sequencing!
