Fellows foster cross-department collaboration at spring event

The first-ever SciLifeLab Uppsala Spring Mini-Symposium, organized by current and former SciLifeLab and DDLS Fellows, took place at Navet, BMC, in late May. The full-day event featured inspiring scientific talks, meaningful networking, and collaborative discussions.

Participants explored how shared science can strengthen connections across departments and universities. PhD students and postdocs were especially encouraged to attend—“it’s an excellent opportunity to expand your network and spark future collaborations!” wrote the organizers Wojciech Michno, Luisa Hugerth and Marcel Tarbier, before the event.
