On December 16 AIMday® Bioimaging brought together academic researchers, industrial representatives and clinicians for discussions on the exciting and rapidly developing field of bioimaging.
As usual with the AIMday concept, questions and discussion topics from the industry were prepared beforehand and researchers signed up for the sessions that they found interesting, in order to provide their expertise.
Several SciLifeLab researchers participated, among them Masood Kamali-Moghaddam, facility manager of the facilities Clinical biomarkers and PLA proteomics. Besides helping the industry with their questions he thinks that he as a researcher also benefits from the discussions.
– Our academic research group is developing new technologies and by connecting with industry we can find new applications for the technologies that we develop, said Masood Kamali-Moghaddam.
