Course with lectures and practical demonstrations in SEM and TEM techniques, including principles of electron microscopy, specimen preparation, cryo-electron microscopy and correlative light-electron microscopy. The main focus on imaging biological samples, but the course may also be suitable for material scientists interested in high-resolution electron microscopy.
Researchers are increasingly expected by governments, funders, journals, and institutions to make their research data accessible online. Assistant Professor at the Center for Hematology and Regenerative Medicine at Karolinska Institutet in Huddinge and a newly appointed SciLifeLab Fellow.
This presentation will describe this workflow and discuss considerations for various ONT classes, emphasizing the importance of ONT-specific factors such as chemistry, delivery systems, and tissue distribution in OffT evaluation. It will also cover strategies for experimental verification and risk assessment and discuss the potential of machine learning models to enhance OffT prediction.
